The Fayette County Sheriff's Office maintains county jail custody and movement records. Send FOIA requests to fcso@fayettecountyillinois.gov or address mail to the F.O.I.A. Officer. The Circuit Clerk maintains the related court file, while the Probation Office handles court probation.
